Juan Camilo Quintero and Enrico Bartolini have shared the gastronomic vision of Borgo San Felice Resort in Tuscany, owned by Allianz Group, since 2019.
Today, this established collaboration between Allianz and Enrico Bartolini comes to Rome, bringing with it the ambition to captivate every guest at QUID – Unique Italian Dining — its new home in the heart of the Eternal City — through the talent of Juan Camilo Quintero.
